We deliver all orders via courier companies.

• Delivery time: Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days , depending on destination and order size.
• Shipping costs
• Free delivery for orders over €150 .
• For orders under €150, a flat-rate delivery fee of €4.90 applies.
• The exact shipping cost is calculated and displayed in your purchase summary.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to return your purchase, please see the instructions below.

Returns Policy

• Products can be returned within 14 business days of receipt.
• If a product is damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered , we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.
• In case of returning the product for other reasons, the buyer shall bear the costs of returning the shipment, which shall be at the rates of the carrier chosen by the buyer.

How to return a product

1. Contact Us: Send us an email with your order details and reason for return.
2. Preparing the product: pack the product securely in its original packaging (if possible) or other packaging suitable for transport.
3. Arrange collection: We will arrange the return of your parcel via DHL.
4. Choose a refund option: You can choose a full refund or exchange the product .

Refund Process

• Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to make the purchase.
• The amount will be refunded within 14 working days of delivery of the returned product to our warehouse.
